- Zucchini
Ingredients for stuffing:
- ground veal
- ground pork
- minced bologna
- salt, ground pepper, grated parmesan cheese, egg, breadcrumb
(soaked in milk), chopped parsley, chopped garlic.

Preparation Method |

Clean zucchini, scoop out pulp, rinse out and parboil
in salted water.
Let drain off and stuff.
Line a baking pan with parchment-paper and grease it;
place zucchini in the pan and put in the oven for 1 hour
at 180°.
