Ingredients:
- whole eggs
- salt and ground pepper
- fresh onions
Clean and finely chop onions and let cook in non-stick
saucepan with salt, pepper and olive-oil. Cook onions
thoroughly over low heat. Crack eggs in a mixing bowl,
whisk them with a pinch of salt and pour in the pan
together with onions. When eggs curdle, flip omelette
over on a plate and let cook on other side.
