Grease a rectangular baking-pan with oil; knead dough
with 50 gr. sugar and 4 Tbsp. oil and shape to fit baking-pan.
Lay half of dough in the baking pan, spread half of previously
rinsed and dried grapes over it with 4 Tbsp. sugar; place
over first sheet of dough a second one with grapes and
sugar and sprinkle with olive-oil; bake in hot oven for
half-an-hour.
